• Purpose: Only applications from individuals, NPOs, NPCs, or companies that specialise in raising funds for Individuals, NPOs, or NPCs may apply here.

Project Guidelines

• Description: Provide a detailed and honest description of the project, including objectives, timeline, and impact.
• Funding Goal: Set a realistic and transparent funding goal.
• Use of Funds: Outline a clear plan for how the funds will be used.
• Updates: Commit to providing regular updates to donors on the project’s progress.

Prohibited Content

• Illegal Activities: No funding for activities that are illegal under applicable laws.
• Hate Speech: Prohibited from promoting hate, violence, or discrimination.
• Fraudulent Projects: No misleading or fraudulent projects.

Application Process

• Form Completion: All sections of the application form must be completed accurately.
• Supporting Documents: Provide necessary documents such as identification, project plan, and budget.
• Review Period: Specify the review period for applications (e.g., 2-4 weeks).
• Approval Notification: Applicants will be notified of approval or rejection via email.

Legal & Ethical Standards

• Honesty: All information provided must be truthful and accurate.
• Intellectual Property: Respect intellectual property rights and do not use copyrighted material without permission.
• Ethical Standards: Adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the crowdfunding campaign.

Funding Goal & Disbursement:

• Clients must reach at least 90% of the campaign goal for funds to be disbursed.
• Failure to achieve the minimum target may result in no funds being disbursed, at the discretion of management.
• Funds will be disbursed within 10 days from the campaign expiry date.

Direct Disbursement to Service Providers:

• Funds may be disbursed directly to a service provider rather than the fundraiser for specific projects, such as paying medical bills, education, funerals, wishes or similar campaigns.
