At SAVESA24, we strive to create a transparent and fair platform for all fundraisers, donors, supporters, and backers. Please carefully read the following refunds policy, which outlines the circumstances under which refunds may occur:

1. Fundraiser Account Cancellation:

• If a fundraiser decides to cancel their account before the end date of their campaign, no refund will be issued.
• Any funds that have been raised through the fundraiser’s campaign will be forfeited to SAVESA24 and reallocated to the current Featured Campaign.

2. Supporter/Donor/Backer Refund Requests:

• Supporters, donors, or backers who wish to request a refund should contact the fundraiser directly to discuss the matter. SAVESA24 is not responsible for processing refunds directly between supporters and fundraisers.
• Please note that requesting a refund may result in the campaign being canceled. If the campaign is canceled, any funds raised will be forfeited to SAVESA24 and reallocated to the current Featured Campaign.

3. Campaign Cancellation by SAVESA24:

• If SAVESA24 cancels a campaign due to a violation of our terms and conditions, any funds raised through the campaign will be forfeited to SAVESA24 and allocated to the current Featured Campaign.
• In the event that a campaign is canceled by SAVESA24 for reasons unrelated to the fundraiser’s conduct (e.g., technical issues), donors and backers may be eligible for refunds. In such cases, refunds will be processed according to the specific circumstances, and SAVESA24 will communicate directly with the affected parties.

4. Fraudulent or Misleading Campaigns:

• If a campaign is found to be fraudulent or misleading, SAVESA24 reserves the right to cancel the campaign and forfeit all raised funds.
• In such cases, refunds may be issued to donors and backers at the discretion of SAVESA24, depending on the investigation’s findings.

5. Incomplete or Failed Projects:

• In the event that a campaign does not reach its intended goal or fails to deliver the promised rewards, supporters, donors, or backers should contact the fundraiser directly to request a refund.
• SAVESA24 is not liable for incomplete or failed projects, but may intervene to ensure a fair resolution if necessary.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks:

• If a dispute arises between a supporter, donor, or backer and a fundraiser, and the issue cannot be resolved amicably, SAVESA24 may step in to mediate. However, SAVESA24 is not obligated to issue refunds.
• Chargebacks initiated by donors or backers may result in the campaign being canceled. Any funds raised may be forfeited to SAVESA24 and reallocated to the current Featured Campaign.

7. Administrative Errors:

• In the event of an administrative error on the part of SAVESA24 that results in an incorrect charge or payment, refunds will be issued promptly once the error has been verified.
