Eligibility: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and meet any geographic or legal requirements set by the platform.

Project Guidelines: Provide a clear and detailed description of the project, including the goals, timeline, and how the funds will be used. Set a realistic funding goal and offer well-defined rewards for different pledge levels.

Campaign Fees: A fee of 3.5% of the funding goal, or a minimum of R3,500, will be added to the funding goal and deducted from the amount raised. The client must reach at least 90% of the funding goal for the funds to be disbursed.

Disbursement: Funds will be disbursed within 10 days from the campaign expiry date. In some cases, funds may be disbursed directly to service providers rather than the fundraiser.

Reward Fulfillment: Ensure all rewards are clearly described and deliverable within the promised timeline. Maintain communication with backers regarding the status of rewards.

Compliance: Projects must adhere to legal and ethical standards, avoiding prohibited content like illegal activities or hate speech. Respect intellectual property rights and ensure transparency in all communications with backers.

Transparency and Reporting: Regular updates must be provided to backers on the progress of the project. A report on the use of funds and reward fulfillment should be provided upon project completion.
